Responsibilities
• Initiate new ideas to develop workforce strategic projects for increasing manpower pool and ensuring SPX having no manpower issue• Online and offline recruitment strategy• Tool and accessibility to the manpower pool• New project to ensure staff and company benefit• Benchmarking on market rate payment and movement of competitors• Analyses all options, solutions, and impacts of initiatives• Ensure with operation team for the optimized manpower size which are both benefit company and operation ends• Monitor manpower fulfillment performance and provide solutions for issues found• Work closely with operation manager to align on plan and potential new initiatives• Coordinate and collaborate with all involved parties both internal and external
Requirements
• Bachelor or Master Degree in any fields• Very strong analytical skills and being an proactive initiator• Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills• Good team player• Be able to fit in with fast pace culture• Can do attitude, ability to work under pressure• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. Able to communicate clearly and concisely. Excellent in stakeholder management• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
