Responsible for managing, strategic projects from initiation through delivery and leading team members on billable implementation, migration, enhancement, or integration projects that often involve business process reengineering.
Responsible for defining the project objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, and tasks, as well as managing the project team, stakeholders, risks, issues, and changes.
Communicates the project status, progress and outcomes to the relevant parties and ensures that the project meets the expectations and requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in IT / Engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience working as a Technical Project Manager or equivalent experience.
Mandatory experience in banking.
Knowledge in best practice and methodologies in managing IT projects e.g., Waterfall, Agile etc. and project management tools.
Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and demonstrated ability to translate client requirements.
Understanding of business systems, ability to multi-task on diverse requirements, understanding of Software development Lifecycle and techniques, and experience in the development of system documentation or training materials.
