Job Description
As a Project Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies to grow the Project Sales business and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate the project market and expand customer base.Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and developers to drive sales opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate project execution, from specification to delivery.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Proven track record of success in Project Sales in the building materials industry.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
