Duties and Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating press releases
- Prepare a statement or speech to be delivered by a company spokesperson or audio visual regarding the statement
- Monitor the activities of business competitors
- Improving and maintaining the company's reputation by creating various programs, such as crisis management and conducting research related to the public's view of the company
- Create, organize and manage events that the company participates in
- Developing communication strategies to improve company quality
- Sharing information related to the company to outside parties (Branding Image)
- Establish, supervise, and review Public Relations activities
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Communication, Journalism, or International Relations, Management.
- Minimum Experience 3 years on the same field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to craft compelling and concise messages for various audiences.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic PR plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Experience in organizing and managing press conferences, interviews, and media events.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experience in crisis communication and the ability to handle challenging situations.
- Quick decision-making skills and composure under pressure.
