Purchasing Manager

Job Description :

• Evaluate suppliers of both RM and service vendors based on Food Safety policies
• Monitor movements & price trends of raw materials on the market
• Manage the purchasing department budget for purchasing raw materials and related services, and conduct cost reviews to achieve cost savings
• Approve contracts to purchase goods & services in accordance with the company's policies
• Carry out the special tasks given by superiors and provide reports (reports in the form of project reports, bi-weekly or monthly report)
• Strong research skills and encourage cost down initiative
• Supplier Relationship Management within an extremely complex supply base to maximize supply alignment
• Encourage innovation and collaborate with key stakeholders

Qualifications :

• Having a Bachelor's Degree preferably in Food Technology/Industrial Engineering
• Having more than 3 years experience as Purchasing Manager in FMCG (preferably B2B)
• Having knowledge of FSSC 22000:2015, HALAL, GMP, HACCP, K3, SAP 4HANA, 5R
• Communicative, agile, persistent, critical, energetic, and able to work under pressure
• Having PPJK Kepabeanan Certification will be an advantage
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang
