Job Description:
- Manage all activities of Quality Assurance/Food safety in manner which result in consistent food safety results as measured through company matrix and regulatory mandates
- develop document and implement QA and HACCP processes/procedures to monitor incoming raw material, in process and finished product to ensure compliance to all regulatory and company requirement and specifications
- ensure that QA properly organized, staffed and trained to meet and achieve plant and department goals
- manage the activities of QA in a manner that keeps plant and upper management fully informed on any issues and assist in achieving quality/food safety goals
- enforce corporate food safety and quality programs and maintain the required documentation and provide continuing education of plant associates as required
Job Requirement:
- Pendidikan S1 Perikanan/S1 Teknologi Pangan
- HACCP Certified
- Minimum pengalaman kerja 1 tahun
- Menguasai computer Ms. Office
- Mampu berbahasa Inggris lisan dan tulisan
- Telah mendapatkan vaksin lengkap
