Job Description:
As a Recruitment Consultant at Humana, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing candidates into suitable positions within our client companies. You will play a pivotal role in the recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing to final placement, ensuring both client and candidate satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and qualifications.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future job openings.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, providing guidance and support throughout the interview process.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
- Negotiate salary and benefits packages on behalf of candidates and facilitate the offer and acceptance process.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates throughout the onboarding process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and staffing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment or sales, preferably in a staffing agency or recruitment consultancy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
