Our client in theme park developer is looking for a Recruitment Manager with job qualification and description as follow:
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skilled in Psychological tests.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role, preferably within the entertainment or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices.
Job Description:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies in line with organizational goals and workforce planning.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs, and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and selection.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry partnerships.
