Qualification:
- Possess a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience specifically in recruitment with a focus on hiring and onboarding.
- Have knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and utilizing various sourcing techniques to attract top talent.
- Strong knowledge and experience in designing and executing onboarding programs
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and team-based project experience.
- Contract for 5 months (Maternity Leave) expected join in end of April/early May.
Job Description:
- Conduct research regarding the appropriate recruitment and selection process.
- Create job marketing strategies and platforms to attract potential job seekers.
- Prepare and distribute job vacancies.
- Receiving and reviewing applications, creating short list, and overseeing FGD (or assessment) process.
- Manage the recruitment process (end to end) to meet staffing targets at all levels in various work units.
- Headhunting, identifying, and approaching senior level candidates.
- Partner with universities to develop plans for internship and graduate programs.
- Carrying out records and checking references for potential candidates.
- Become the candidate's point of contact during the employee recruitment & selection process.
- Other HR related tasks as assigned by the Head of Human Capital.
