REQUIREMENTS
- Age 22 - 30 years
- Minimum education is SMA/SMK/Equivalent
- Strong in persuasive communication/ sales minded
- Passionate in Customer Service
- Willing to work shifts, Sundays/ National holiday, and off on weekdays
- Able to work individually and team
- Minimum 2 years experience in retail sales
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Mastering knowledge and information related to the brand and share to respected customers
- Delivering excellent service to the customer, based on brand guidelines
- Establishing contact and developing a relationship with regular and new customers
- Maintaining customer database
- Contributing to sales by accomplishing the boutique's monthly target
- Performing and maintaining daily stock inventory
- Ensuring overall boutique environment in good condition, including product, display material, sales kit
- Ensuring all activity at the boutique is in accordance with SOP
