- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle; sourcing, scouting, interviewing, hiring, and on-boarding employees in a company.
- Making a report about recruitment and interview result
- Use your established networks to discover, and attract experienced, diverse, ambitious talent to join the team.
- Manage job portals enhance to Company's employer branding
- Collect all hiring documents needed
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
- At least 2 years experience in HR, having a strong recruitment/ talent acquisition and training background
- Have knowledge and ability to use various psychological test tools.
- Having deep knowledge of sourcing strategy for any position level is a MUST.
- Proficiency in administrative and MS. Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Have good interpersonal communication skills to coordinate with internal & external parties.
