Job Description :
- Coordinate and implement the Human Capital program as HC representative in Region / Area.
- Support strategic partnering activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.
- Following up on organizational performance improvement programs.
- Monitor each Organization Health Index (OHI) of the organization.
- Conduct end to end Recruitment in Region.
- Propose Strategy to support sourcing and Database in Region
Qualification :
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Human Capital, Business Partnering, or Recruitment roles.
- Preferred background in organizations with a workforce of at least 10,000 employees, with advantageous experience in the retail sector.
- Proficiency in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong leadership acumen with a proven track record of driving results.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel as required.
