Responsibilities :
- Handling and monitor whole Recruitment process to produce qualified human resource needs in Head Office, Warehouse & Store Operational
- Coordinate with all related department Managers to plan and create future hiring needs
- Build the company’s professional network through relationship with HR professionals, collages and relevant partners
- Maintain and develop Recruitment & Assessment team to ensure the Man Power fulfilment are going well as MPP request
Requirements :
- Max. 30 years old
- Min. Bachelors Degree in Psychology is a MUST
- Excellent knowledge in Recruitment & Assessment process, especially in Big Retail Industry
- Good communication skills in English is a MUST, Mandarin to be advantage
- Having good interpersonal, leadership and creative
- At least 3 years experience as Recruitment Supervisor in handling Office Management & Store Operational needed
- Good knowledge in assessment tools and recruitment channel
- Ready for going Business Trip if company needs
- Willing to work in under pressure situation & detail oriented
