Achieves regional/zonal sales operational objectives by contributing regional/zonal sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining regional/zonal sales system improvements; implementing change.
Meets regional/zonal sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing annual targets; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and qu
ota for territories in support of national objectives. 
Maintains and expands customer base by counseling territory sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers and dealers; identifying new customer opportunities.
Recommends product lines to dealers and customers service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Provide a consultative solutions sales process to prospects.
Directs the selling activities within the Region/Zone, inclusive of resource deployment and customer/dealer interactions. Prioritizes effectively and in accordance with company objectives.
Develop and maintain region/zone coverage plan with designated team
Develop and maintain region/zone specific information relative to competitors and distributors in the market
Responsible for the Region’s/Zone’s forecasting and sales tracking.
Regular reporting to Sales Head about sales performance, latest field situation and corrective actions.
Pays extensive visits to potential fields, dealers and farmers.
