Relationship Manager - Koperasi Division (Funding)
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Relationship Manager located in Jakarta, with flexibility for some remote work. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their needs and requirements, preparing proposals and service agreements, monitoring progress and managing risks, and collaborating cross-functionally with our team to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will manage client feedback and dispute resolution. Qualifications
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Experience in managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and delivering excellent customer service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and project management tools
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required
Experience in the consultancy and financial industry is highly preferred
