Research Enrichment Section Head

Job Descriptions:

• Organize, implement and monitor Student/Faculty Member Research Capacity Building 
• Establish learning organizations in the research field within each department
• Ensure awareness of Research to students and faculty members throughout the University by implementing effective measure in order to prepare and improve Research Capacity
• Coordinate Research Proposal, Journal articles and Research Methodology and others related competencies
• Ensure coordination of Enrichment Program (Research Track) to provide research experience for students and improving communication between student participants, Site supervisor (internal or external institutions), and Faculty supervisor.
• Guarantee effective information of procedural and technical guidelines of Enrichment Program (Research Track) to academic departments, centers, and other relevant internal departments.

Requirement:

• Min. Bachelor Degree
• Min. 2 years in Senior Staff level position, or 4 years of working experience
• Familiar with both students and lecturers research procedures
• Knowledge and skills in student research procedures
