Job Description:
- Responsible for create effective short and long-term sales strategies and planning to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Analyze customer profiles, purchasing trends and competitive information to influence and drive business.
- Responsible for the recruitment, training & coaching, development and succession of high-performing and results-oriented employees
- Lead and motivate the store team
- Manage, monitor and evaluate employee performance and store operational activities.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing Team on expansion strategy.
- Supervise and execute the promotional activities formulated by Marketing department.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock, minimizing losses, and ensuring product availability.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, expense control, and revenue growth strategies.
- Able to expand business location, look for strategic and potential places.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, business administration, or in a similar field
- 5+ years experience as Retail Operation Manager/Senior Branch Manager Retail
- Have a good customer service, drive in achieving sales targets, strong leadership, and hard worker.
- Have a good interpersonal skills, problem solving, communication skills, and ability to influence people.
