Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment process, ensuring manpower planning initiative with new store expansion.
- Implement performance management systems to drive employee productivity and development.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements.
- Nurture a positive working environment through employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances and provide conflict resolution support.
- Ensure HR processes are efficient, accurate, and well-documented.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continually improve HR operations.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of experience in managing end-to-end HR function, preferably with strong exposure in business-partnering.
- Exposure to retail/consumer goods industry is a huge plus
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and equipped with current trends of HR's best practices
