One of our client,a well-established corrugating and offset converting plant in Batam since 1995.is seeking candidate for this position below :
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Company in the planning of manpower needs to meet business objectives.
- Analyse and provide manpower data input at regular intervals to enable Company to plan and monitor the manpower budget.
- Highlight to management the issues in manpower and productivity.
- Assist Company in writing job descriptions.
- Assist line management in defining the appropriate employee profile to fill new or vacant positions.
- Ensure that the processes for the sourcing and selection of candidates are conducted efficiently.
- Provide assistance to line managers in the screening and selection process.
- Ensure that offer letters are issued appropriately and expeditiously.
- Ensure that entry process including induction training for new employees are conducted effectively.
- Ensure that the probation process for every employee is properly implemented.
- Verify that the payroll system is implemented accurately and expeditiously.
- Ensure that the salary and benefits structure and process as determined by management are executed appropriately.
- Ensure that changes in salaries and benefits of employees are implemented accurately.
- Recommend changes to salary and benefits structure and process as necessary based on internal and external equity.
- Ensure that training needs analysis is conducted regularly.
- Assist management in the development of a Total Company Training Plan (TCTP) for all employees.
- Ensure that the TCTP is submitted for top management support of funding.
- Initiate the preparation of the Annual Training Calendar and the communication to all employees.
- Ensure the efficient administration of the training courses for employees.
- Ensure proper and up-to-date records maintained for training.
- Initiate the review of the effectiveness of the training and development contents and process.
- Monitor employee climate through regular shop floor visits and attend Company's meetings.
- Analyse data on employee participation in company activities and feedback to management.
- Plan and conduct employee feedback regularly.
- Assist line management in the resolution of employee issues.
- Support line management in the ensuring good discipline among employees.
- Promote productivity awareness and safety among employees.
- To assist management in administration, documentation, and general affairs.
- Participate in staff activities and task force work.
- Manage HR matters of other Indonesia entities.
- Execute other job assignments given by superiors.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor’s degree, with range 35 yo to 45 yo
- Having 10 years working experience as HR Manager.
- Experienced and mastered recruitment systems, training, performance appraisal, compensation and benefits, personnel, GA, HI, PP management and other regulations.
- Have knowledge of Labor Laws and other Employment Regulations.
- Have experience and apply HRMS.
- Have good analytical skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and computer literate.
- Have the spirit of leadership, authority, communicative, adaptive, negotiator, educational spirit, pioneer spirit.
