Job Description
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Manage the recruitment process, ensuring manpower planning initiative with new store expansion.Implement performance management systems to drive employee productivity and development.Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements.Nurture a positive working environment through employee engagement initiatives.Handle employee grievances and provide conflict resolution support.Ensure HR processes are efficient, accurate, and well-documented.Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continually improve HR operations. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of experience in managing end-to-end HR function, preferably with strong exposure in business-partnering. Exposure to retail/consumer goods industry is a huge plusStrong knowledge of labor laws and equipped with current trends of HR's best practices What's on Offer Work with one of the leading retail company in Indonesia, becoming the trusted advisor of C-levels in their ambition to strengthen the HR department.
