Responsibilities:
- Define the IT roadmap, plan infrastructure development, oversee implementation, and monitor performance to support business goals.
- Drive the optimization or replacement of existing systems to adapt to new partnerships and changing business needs.
- Be a key contributor in IT budgeting and road map discussions, ensuring governance and security compliance.
- Manage and maintain information assets across all departments, with proper documentation and security protocols.
- Lead project creation, development, and execution, documenting scope, budget, and objectives. Monitor progress and report effectively.
- Manage IT controls, understand security concepts for various systems, and advocate for secure operations.
- Motivate and empower the IT team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Clearly communicate the business value of IT initiatives to all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- Strong understanding of IT networking.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and logical thinking skills.
- English fluency preferred.
- Willingness to work in BSD.
- Effective negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong presentation and report writing skills.
- Maximum age 35 years old.
Experience:
- 2 years of experience in software development or vendor management.
- Project management experience essential.
- Full-stack development experience (web and mobile) a plus.
- 3+ years of supervisory/managerial experience preferred.
- Retail industry experience beneficial.
