About Happy Kamper: 

Happy Kamper is a dynamic startup committed to simplifying the process for parents to discover enriching activities for their children outside of school. We envision building a cutting-edge platform that not only connects parents with diverse and exciting opportunities but also benefits activity providers. Our platform offers activity providers additional exposure through our extensive network, along with sophisticated software to streamline registration processes, including scheduling, payment processing, and activity administration. Furthermore, our targeted advertising ensures that providers reach a wider audience of interested parents.

As we embark on this journey, we are seeking a Sales Acquisition to play a pivotal role in driving our growth, expanding our reach, and contributing to the realization of our mission. Join us in creating a platform that brings joy and convenience to parents while providing invaluable support and exposure to our network of activity providers.

What You'll Do:

- Create New Business Opportunities: Initiate and cultivate relationships through in-depth conversations, identifying potential clients, and understanding their needs. Proactively seek out and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

- Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Engage in effective communication to understand their goals and provide tailored solutions.

- Optimize Platform for Activity Providers: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the platform and ensure it becomes the premier destination in Indonesia for parents seeking activities for their children. Leverage market insights to continuously improve user experience and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Proven 2-3 years of experience in SAAS sales or Digital Advertising Sales

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

- In-depth understanding of SAAS products and the technology industry.

- Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of ambition and a hard-working attitude.

- Strong time management skills

Additional Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

- Consistent and documented track record for achieving monthly/quarterly/annual target metric

- Work Remotely, Effectively managing a home office and demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.

- High adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, independent start-up environment

- Collaborative – demonstrated ability to work well with others to manage time and team capacity.

- Experience growing and building internal processes for scaling a sales team
