Job Description:
- Identify new properties that meet our standards in terms of location, pricing, infrastructure quality, owner (partner) willingness etc.
- Acquire new hotels by following our sales process - opportunity assessment, company introduction, sales pitch, product demo, contract negotiations and closing.
- Consistently achieve individual monthly properties targets.
- Build relationships with colleagues and clients in a professional manner at all times.
