Responsibilities :
- Establishing objectives, business models, and Marketing strategies for online and offline sales;
- Developing, implementing, and continually improving the e-Commerce strategy to drive growth across digital platforms;
- Constant development and improvement of ecommerce/product aesthetic to ensure maximal customer engagement;
- Optimizing's customer journey and improving conversion rates;
- Working cross functionally, updating senior management of sales developments and performance;
- Supervise live streaming and offline sales channel
- Driving ecommerce sales performance;
- Sourcing potential offline sales location and develop teams required
Requirements :
- 1-3-year experience in the marketing retail business (preferably in Women's Fashion brand);
- Have experience 1+ years (experience to lead a team is a plus point) handle E-commerce channel (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop & etc);
- Overall, the successful candidate should be a strategic thinker, a strong leader, and a results-driven professional with a passion for ecommerce and direct channel sales;
- Demonstrate good graphic design and video editing skills
- Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies;
- Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in marketing;
- Unmatched supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills;
- Exceptional consulting and quality assurance abilities;
- Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease.
- Willing to Work From Office in Cengkareng, West Jakarta and anywhere in Jakarta according to our offline events needs on Monday-Saturday
