Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

1. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry: researching and analyzing sales options

2. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions

3. Maintains relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements

5. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

7. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and service

8. Negotiate/close deals and quotations, and handle complaints or objections

9. Hunting new customers & new applications for the products.

10. Make a report of the sales progress (sales visit report, CAF, Sales target).

11. Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve better results/ sales targets (Dept. SC, FA, Logistics, and Technical).

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical / Industrial) or equivalent.

2. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

3. Working experience in a Supervisory role specializing in Corporate Sales or equivalent is a plus

4. Fluent in both written and verbal English: Business level (second language is a plus)

5. Candidate must possess strong negotiation skills, communication skills, and analytical skills

6. Able to plan and execute strategy, read and make reports, analyze and solve problems

7. Able to create story, influence/ persuasive, and maintain close relationships with customers

8. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and customers

9. Positive thinking, creative, energetic, and self-motivated

10. Able to work in a team, and have an entrepreneurial spirit
