Sales Executive (Surabaya)

Position Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team  in Indonesia  . The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities, Securing business, expanding our client base, and driving revenue growth . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain management.  The Position offers attractive Sales Incentive and other perks as per company policy. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and prospect potential clients in target markets to generate Sales Revenue . 

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and be their preferred logistics partner. 

3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets and objectives.

4. Support Pricing team in giving market information and trends in pricing. 

5. Collaborate with Overseas office and Partners in generating Sales leads and supporting to secure the business . 

6. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients.

7. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree 

2. Posses high Integrity  and interpersonal Skills.

3. Minimum Two years track record of success in sales, preferably in the freight forwarding Industry . 

4. Understanding of logistics and supply chain management concepts.

5. English Language Skills with Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

7. Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.

8. Proficiency in computer application and ability to adapt to digital requirements . 

9. Maximum 30 years
