As a Sales Manager HPR Southeast Asia for Process Automation business, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the sales and marketing strategies for High Power Rectifier (HPR) Business Unit (BU) and its industrial solutions in SEA region, ensuring that the HPR BU substantially increases sales, margins, market share and customer satisfaction. Reporting to Sales Manager, you will be managing and leading sales activities in the region and support/manage resolution of specific customer needs and challenges. This position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronics engineering required at a minimumMinimum of 5 years’ related experience in large-project salesRegional knowledge of markets and accounts (HPR SEA region)Industry knowledge e.g., aluminum, steel, ferroalloy, electrochemical, graphitization etc Good knowledge of electrical, power-electronics and HV power equipment as well as indoor/outdoor substations and requirements related to green- and brownfield plantsProven senior stakeholder management with the ability to build and foster relationshipsExcellent communication skills and finely honed presentation skillsManfaat
