A natural body care company based in Pecatu, is looking for a result driven, ambitious individual with great sales performance to spearhead our wholesale sales effort.
Candidates will have the opportunity to grow together with the company. He/she will be required to meet sales targets, close and negotiate deals, drive new leads and push towards customer acquisitions.
Responsibilities
- Actively seek out wholesale opportunities and identify prospecting clients/ partners to meet sales target & KPI
- Proactive in finding ways and solutions to improve sales
- Building and maintaining good relationships with existing and new wholesalers partners,.
- Building and maintaining customer database documentations.
- Negotiating terms and conditions with wholesalers and clients
- Up to date and highly knowledgeable with latest information regarding to competitors, other players, market trends and industry landscape
- Ensuring smooth and exceptional end to end process: from leads, negotiating and executing deals, to ensure product is displayed according to our branding guidelines, pushing for best display location, checking inventory, ensuring fulfillment of commitments and strategizing for future re-orders.
- Managing and developing daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages audiences to take action across all social media platforms.
- Lead audience engagement campaigns through organic strategies or paid ads across all social media platforms.
- Monitor sales target and inventory to ensure a smooth timeline to fulfill commitments.
- Developing weekly and monthly sales reports from different offline sales channels, including shops, wholesalers, consignment stores, and resellers.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree / S1.
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, especially in retail industry.
- Good Negotiation skills, excellent communicator and solid interpersonal skills
- Positive and Go getter attitude
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven work experience in closing deals and meeting sales targets in the Indonesia & Jakarta FMCG space
- Good understanding of sales principles, processes and customer service practices
- Ability to perform problem solving actions in a timely manner
- Is able to work independently and also a team player
- Adaptable, flexible and is able to strategize to optimize and maximize outcome to meet sales target
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or related role in FMCG or retail
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rp4,000,000 - Rp5,000,000 per month
