Responsible for handling and reporting on manager evaluations, ensuring performance metrics are accurately captured and analyzed to drive improvement & productivity - Recruitment & Retention:
Lead the recruitment & retention efforts for DST Organization, identifying top talent & implementing strategies to attract, develop, and retain key team members - Program Development:
Develop innovative programs to support the expansion of our DST Organization, equipping our teams with the tools and resources needed to achieve their target and drive business growth - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure alignment and synergy between sales initiatives and other business functions, fostering a cohesive and efficient working environment.Job Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Business Management or related field
- Proven track record of 5 Years in business development, agency development, program management, or related roles
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret data and drive strategic decision-making
- Excellent Communication, interpersonal skills, leadership skills, with a demonstrated abilty to collaborate effectively across teams
