We are growing quickly and are seeking a motivated and talented sales professional to further our market leadership for Indonesia, who will work with:
- Manage, generate and enhance relationships for new and existing customers in Indonesia
- Manage and develop business transactions with Producers and Customers in Indonesia.
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies
- Representing the company at meetings and conferences in Indonesia and international tradeshows to promote the company’s trademarks and products.
- Maintaining a pipeline of sales administration using CRM software
- Collaborating with team and management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
- Monitoring logistics, inventory management and cargo allocations
- Conducting market research and preparing reports
REQUIREMENTS
General requirement:
- At least 1 - 2 years of experience in Product Selling.
- Experience in local distribution, sales, domestic transactions
- Working knowledge of the latest business policies and regulations.
- Fluent in English (written and oral)
- Having a driving license and a car would be a plus
- Understanding the manufacturing market in Indonesia is a plus
- Experienced in documentation, and import/export is a plus
- Able to be on training and business trips.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding leadership abilities, negotiation and interpersonal skills
