Job responsibilities:
- Mastering knowledge and information related to the offered services and sharing with respected and new clients.
- Establishing contact and developing relationships with regular and new clients
- Prospect and make cold sales calls on potential clients.
- Analyze and gather market insight, field situation, client information, and market trends.
- Develop sales performance analysis, insight, and report, and give corrective recommendations needed to ensure sales deliverables based on company targets and client needs.
- Monitor and ensure complete customer satisfaction (in case of complaints, requests for assistance, or interpretation of the service.)
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales and activity quotas.
- Completing month-end and year-end close processes
Job requirements:
- Minimum 5 of years experience in sales, preferably within a similar industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good attitude to connect with others, self-driven to complete tasks, and demonstrate strong initiative to act as a team player.
- Experience in closing enterprise-level deals.
- Good analytical and In-depth knowledge of the target industry
- Fluency in English - verbal and written.
- Willing to mobile domestically
