Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing and leading a team of Medical Representatives. They are responsible for ensuring that the team achieves its sales targets and operates efficiently. The Sales Supervisor is also responsible for monitoring the performance of the team and providing guidance and support to improve performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of Medical Representatives.
- Ensure that the team achieves its sales targets.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and achieve targets.
- Create a schedule for the team and ensure that they visit their assigned clients regularly.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

- Maintain good relationships with clients and ensure that they are satisfied with the service provided by the team.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical, business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or marketing.
- Willing to be mobile and placed in all company branches.
- Have a private vehicle & active driving license.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High-motivated person and attention to detail.
- Maximum age of 35 years old.
