Description

• Establish a robust network of distributors and retailers in Indonesia
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve revenue goals.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, such as sales volume, profitability, and market share, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

Profile

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the Jakarta market.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
• Analytic abilities to interpret sales data and identify trends.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
