The Sales Support Specialist position at Grand Hyatt DFW is a dynamic role for individuals seeking to support the hotel's sales efforts and provide attentive service to our clients. Sales Support Specialist candidates should have the confidence and skill from prior work experience to work and communicate directly with internal colleagues and potential clients. 

Sales Support Specialist responsibilities will begin with providing day-to-day client-centered administrative and technical support for our Sales staff to help meet existing and new client needs, culminating in their transition into a selling role. 

Qualifications: 

• A positive, team-oriented, and service focused character
• Proficient knowledge of computer application systems
• Effective direct verbal communication with group and transient clients
• Produce precisely written meeting proposals, correspondence, and contractual agreements
• Proactive client assistance and internal communication with colleagues
• Desire to rapidly develop into a Sales role for Grand Hyatt DFW (bonus program included at the sales role level)
• Ability to accurately and effectively execute responsibilities within a fast-paced environment consistently
• Maintain a high level of responsibility and attention to detail with an ability to adapt to a changing environment.
