Qualifications
- BSc or BA Degree in a relevant field, preferably with 1 year relevant experience
- Industrial experience in development and design
- Understanding of engineering documentation, drafting, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office programs
- Fluent in English isn't a must, but desirable
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement processes are a plus
Main Responsibilities
- Review customer contracts/purchase orders, to ascertain the requirements are adequately
- Coordinate activity with Operation Personnel to meet customer requirements/expectations
- Meet external customer requirements/expectations for software, shipment and quality and for advance material orders, order entry and communicating contract requirements
- Develop, monitor and achieve the project schedule and milestones, keeping the customer advised as required by the contract
- Work closely with sales engineer for the customer requirement, manage and monitor the job from Order Entry, Order Fulfillment until Shipment process
- Prepared all the things that related with Project activities at site, such: Tools and equipment, spare parts available, inspection tools, consumables material, special material, etc.
