- Project Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans for SAP Project including implementation/ enhancement/ rollout/ migration.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet delivery milestones.
2.Project Strategy and Implementation:
- Define and implement project strategies to ensure execution of SAP Project, considering SAP best practices and methodologies.
- Oversee the execution of technical tasks related to data migration, system upgrades, and configuration changes.
3.Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external consultants to gather requirements and expectations for the migration.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
4.Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to address challenges during the migration process.
- Proactively manage issues to ensure timely resolution and minimize impact on project delivery.
5.Quality Assurance:
- Ensure the quality of deliverables through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Implement and enforce best practices in SAP to maintain system integrity.
6.Resource Management:
- Supervise and lead a team of SAP specialists and consultants.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Requirement :
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as SAP Consultant.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing SAP full cycle project
- Proven track record of successfully managing SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projects.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA modules.
- Familiarity with SAP best practices and migration tools.
- Strong understanding of SAP architecture and integration points.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in managing SAP teams and external consultants.
- Analytical mindset with a strong problem-solving ability.
