Core Responsibilities
Maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important large customers. Assigned to one to five named customers, the Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives. The Account Manager represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company.
The Account Manager report to Sector Sales Lead.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
- Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
- Catch up with assigned Industry business process and advance technology to be implement to the client.
- Quick learner – able to rapidly on new technology and solution changes (Property Software)
- Identify existing and new client opportunities to promote growth, structure proposal, work with internal support functions, negotiate and manage client expectations.
- Provide timely assistance and support to clients regarding their queries and issues related to our solutions, making sure to prioritize client satisfaction
- Proactively identify an opportunity that may impact to time management and smart working.
- Build and grow relationships within the client’s organization at all level including C Level executives, decision-makers, and end-users.
- Comfortable working with several different teams inside and collaboratively to achieve company targets.
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES
- Achieves assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts.
- Meets assigned expectations for profitability.
- Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management.
- Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.
- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
- Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT
- Reports to Sector Sales Lead.
- Enlists the support of solution strategists (pre-sales), implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed.
- Closely coordinates Industry leads, Account Executive and Technical Account Executive.
Requirements
- Male / Female
- Bachelor’s degree in in appropriate field of study Information Technology (or equivalent).
- Minimum 4-5 years experiences of Account Manager, for Property.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of organization, including executive C- Level.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solution based on customer needs.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skill.
- Effective verbal and written communications skill in English is a must.
- Have many connections with Property company.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.

- Have experience working in enterprise software company would be preferred.
- Have experience in using sales tools; salesforce, SAP, etc.
