- Establishing strong relationships with Affiliate Partners, projects and actively searching innovative product and business mechanics to achieve outlined performance targets
- Researching, analyzing data and creating ad-hoc reports to support making numbers-driven decisions
- Developing, monitoring and reporting for the Lazada affiliate partnerships and activities as well as competitors’ affiliate campaigns and promotions
- Advising and motivate affiliate partners on strategies to bolster KPIs
- Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders to drive needs across various departments and marketing channels
- Stay on top of the latest trends in affiliate partnerships and ecommerce
Job RequirementsJob Requirements
- 2-3 years’ working experience in an affiliate network, performance marketing, partner management or in e-commerce
- Proficient command of MS, Excel, and PowerPoint with advanced analytics & presentation skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills and be able to build relationships with people from different background and cultures, both online and offline.
- Demonstrable attitude for problem-solving, a fantastic sales approach, analytical and numerical skills
- General technical knowledge of systems and troubleshooting will be an asset
- Pro-active entrepreneurial attitude
- Excellent command of English
