Work you’ll do
- Work in a project team
- Participate in the development of client presentation
- Assist with researching various technical and industry-specific issues including performing ad hoc analysis
- Research market issues and identify market opportunities
- participate in meeting with target's management/client
- prepare proposals and sales pitches
- Prepare internal documents regarding clients, working papers and engagement acceptance procedures

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from a reputable university, Master Degree will be an advantage
- Strong academic credentials required, 3.0 + GPA
- Minimum 3+ year(s) experience in corporate finance or M&A environment
- A strong finance, and/or economics background preferred
- Structured thinker with analytical and financial skills to work on complex financial transactions
- Experience in developing a basic financial projection
- Good communication, analytical and presentation/report writing skills
- Fluent in English is a must
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and other related applications
