You create and implement the innovation/renovation strategy that is aligned with the brand vision to drive sustainable growth.
How you will contribute
You will work with others in Mondelēz International to determine an innovation strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric brand growth and execute commercial innovation plans on innovation based on identified goals. In partnership with brand teams, you will define and deliver plans to renovate the core brand and to strengthen the entire portfolio through innovation and renovation. You will also manage the portfolio (which includes brand architecture). In this role, you are accountable for revenue and profit, sharing objectives as they relate to innovation, and monitoring performance against key performance indicators. Based on your deep consumer insights, brand strategy and positioning, you will integrate innovation into marketing communication plans and campaigns.

More about this role
This role is responsible for leading the equity and innovation agenda for a portfolio of brands across SEA markets.
Some of the key accountabilities for this role include (but not limited to)
- Lead end to end new product development on the selected portfolio in SEA. Responsible for on time project delivery while leading several project teams and partnering closely with cross functional teams that includes Consumer Insights, RDQ, Manufacturing, Finance & Sales
- Projects would include leading Agile Innovation Work track in Indonesia besides other identified projects on Core Renovation, Strategic PPA, Line Extensions & key big bet Innovation platforms
- Working closely with the consumer insights team to validate concept and product via qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Responsible for brand communication development, partnering closely with the creative agency, market activation, consumer insights and media teams to come up with winning and differentiated communication strategies and world class campaigns supporting the brand objectives
- Responsibilities include leading the briefing and creative development process with the agency, pre and post production testing & partnering with the local marketing teams to tailor the campaigns
- Formulate brand strategies and innovation pipeline based on strong market analysis, competitors’ analysis and internal portfolio analysis. Ensure all brand strategies are underpinned by strong & in-depth consumer understanding.

Job specific requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor or Master’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration. MBA would be an added advantage
- 6-7 years of FMCG experience in brand/innovation management roles. At least 4-5 years’ experience in consumer marketing in a brand marketing or, innovation role, preferably with FMCG industry
- Experience in regional equity or innovation management roles would be an added advantage
- Strong analytical skills and be able to look at issues from different perspectives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence senior stakeholders
