Job Description
Performs detection and prevention measures related with Traveloka's transactions.
Provide checking result summary, communicate and actively resolve or escalate requests/issues until being resolved.
Investigate findings root cause, do the analysis, and provide conclusions for each case.
Provides support for internal and external stakeholders related to the detection and/or prevention control implementation result.
Become a subject matter expert on the domain assigned.
Monitor completion status reports periodically.
Responsible for the end to end checking process.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
Minimum 1 year of experience, but fresh graduates with intern experience are welcome to apply
Experience in product support or software technical support or having experience/project/technical proficiency is a plus.
Effective and clear written and spoken communication skills.
English language fluency (verbal and written) is required.
Must be able to work under specific, defined, and narrow time constraints.
Self-motivated, strong interpersonal skills focus on rapport-building, information gathering, and listening skills.
Proven analytical & problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail, high curiosity, and structured-thinking processes.
Strong task prioritization & execution in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Strong end-users documentation skills.
