About The Company:

• The working venue is in Jakarta.
• Our client is a Japanese Consulting company. Currently, they are looking forSenior Consultant. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Investigate the client company’s strengths and weaknesses.
• Analyze client's Business Strategy (including M&A Scheme), HR Strategy and System, Governance System, Risk-management system, Restructuring Strategy, etc.
• Draft the presentation material or report.
• Collaboration with business partners such as Law firms, Accounting Firms, HR agents, other research firms, etc.
• Another task as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree from a reputable university (Indonesia/Overseas) in Law or Finance related major with GPA Min.3.60.
• Having professional work experience as a Consultant (Financial/Law Consulting) for minimum 5 years. 
• Business Level in English.
• Good skill in using Windows and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) for daily communications, and accomplishing assigned tasks. 
• Leadership skills and a problem solver.
• Positive, proactive, and committed to the schedule for the assigned task.
• Have excellent communication skills and good teamwork.
• Neat, quick-witted and meticulous.
• Able to work under pressure.
