Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or Guest Service Manager in a high-end hospitality establishment.
- Proficiency in using property management systems (preferably Oracle, Netsuite, Opera, and Google Workspace).
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, capable of inspiring and motivating a diverse team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, adept at handling multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and Guest Service skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
