Our company was established since 40 years ago, with 2.000 employees and our business is in manufacturing, selling, marketing, distributing pharmaceutical, food, hair care, baby products and chemical ingredient products. We have several branch offices in all big cities throughout Indonesia.
We are looking for a Senior HR & GA Manager to lead our HR team. He/she will be responsible of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, salary reviews, disciplinary action, learning and development. To perform well in this role he/she should have experience as an HR & GA Manager, and knowledge around all legal requirements in this role.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, on boarding and induction.
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
- Manage Industrial Relations, investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
- Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
- Design and implement employee retention strategies.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, processes tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and salary reviews.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and the organization’s compliance with government regulations.
- Manage overall of payroll and compensation & benefit payment.
- Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Maintain office facility and assets: liaise with building management, make sure the environment could promote the productive work, neat, tidy, and clean all the time, record all the office assets, routine office facility checking, office renovation.
- Purchasing: Supervise routine and non-routine office purchase such as pantry and stationery stock, other new office facility and make sure the stock is sufficient, maintaining good relationship and negotiate with vendor.
- Legal: Maintain all office legal and permit document, dealing and liaise with related external party.
- GA Coordination: Supervise and coordinate GA team member and messenger.
- COVID-19 pandemic related procedure: vaccine, office schedule, procedure, data collection, WFH requirement.
- Maintain non-employee administration such as freelance, non-staff, outsource staff.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated Bachelor/Master degree in HR Management, Law, Psychology.
- Minimum experience 10 years as HR & GA Manager in pharmaceutical, retail or distribution company would be an advantage.
- Having work experience as an Industrial Relations or operations would be an advantage.
- Strong leadership, wide networking, good interpersonal, communication, problem solving, critical thinking and work ethic skills.
- Strong knowledge in labor laws is required.
- Have broad knowledge and experience in company legal document permit and renewal.
- Easily build, have strong relationships, and can communicate well with government institution.
- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
