Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive Social Media strategies to achieve business goals and enhance brand visibility.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and platform updates, incorporating new features and technologies into the overall strategy.
Content Creation and Curation:
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for various Social Media channels, including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Curate relevant content from industry sources and user-generated content to foster community engagement.
Community Management:
- Actively engage with the audience on Social Media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Foster a positive and interactive community by initiating and participating in conversations.
Campaign Development:
- Plan and execute Social Media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Social Media into broader marketing initiatives.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor Social Media metrics, track performance, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Use analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Influencer Partnerships:
- Identify and build relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
- Collaborate on influencer marketing campaigns to expand reach and credibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Social Media Marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of Social Media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Handle and manage all Social Media accounts.
- Proficient in using Social Media management tools and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a knack for storytelling and content creation.
