Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:

• Develop and execute comprehensive Social Media strategies to achieve business goals and enhance brand visibility.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and platform updates, incorporating new features and technologies into the overall strategy.

Content Creation and Curation:

• Create engaging and visually appealing content for various Social Media channels, including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Curate relevant content from industry sources and user-generated content to foster community engagement.

Community Management:

• Actively engage with the audience on Social Media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
• Foster a positive and interactive community by initiating and participating in conversations.

Campaign Development:

• Plan and execute Social Media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Social Media into broader marketing initiatives.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Monitor Social Media metrics, track performance, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Use analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

Influencer Partnerships:

• Identify and build relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
• Collaborate on influencer marketing campaigns to expand reach and credibility.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of Social Media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Handle and manage all Social Media accounts.
• Proficient in using Social Media management tools and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a knack for storytelling and content creation.
