Job Description:
- Develop and execute SOCIAL MEDIA strategy that align with brand guidelines and content pillars across all SOCIAL MEDIA platforms (Meta, Twitter, TikTok, & YouTube platforms
- Monitor and Optimize SOCIAL MEDIA presence to ensure SOCIAL MEDIA engagement and presence according to Brand’s standard
- Direct the daily content creation, including static image/photo, videos, and copywritin
- Collaborate closely with creative designer team to ensure visually stunning and informative content
- Monitor SOCIAL MEDIA channels for trends, opportunities, and user interactions
- Measure the success of each SOCIAL MEDIA campaign
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align SOCIAL MEDIA efforts with overall marketing goals
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze SOCIAL MEDIA performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date with changes in SOCIAL MEDIA algorithms, features, and best practices.
- Provide recommendations for adjustments to SOCIAL MEDIA strategies based on evolving trend
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in SOCIAL MEDIA management.
- Having an experience in FMCG or personal care industry is a must
- Demonstrated understanding of SOCIAL MEDIA platforms and trends.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box to create compelling content.
- Familiarity with SOCIAL MEDIA analytics tools.
