Responsibilities
• Participate in the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection• Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding activities• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns• Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and promoting a positive work environment• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures• Support performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers and employees• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits• Identify training needs and coordinate employee training and development programs

• Knowledge of recruitment processes• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Familiarity with HR policies and compliance• Ability to resolve workplace conflicts• Experience in performance management• Understanding of benefits administration• Ability to identify training needs
