Job Description :
• Analyze and identify development needs that are aligned with the company's strategic objectives/ organizations goals.
• Develop high impact development program based on the results of development needs analysis.
• Liaise with Subject Matter Experts & Training Providers to execute development programs.
• Effectively manage, monitor and report development budget usage.
• Support performing internal development activities.
• Manage employee competencies & Individual Development Plan (IDP).
• Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of development implementation.
Requirements :
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from any major.
- Candidate must have at least 1 (one) year of experience in the same field.
- Able to conduct Development Needs Analysis, Module Development, and Learning Implementation.
- Familiar with ADDIE Model & Competency Model.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High analytical thinking, planning, organizing, integrity and creativity.
