Human Capital Training Staff

(Code: HC-Training)

Duties and responsibilities:

1. To monitor the implementation of annual training needs analysis (TNA) regularly.
2. To set up an annual training calendar that aligns with the Company's goals and targets.
3. To set up an induction training program for new employees.
4. Planning and doing administration of training events.
5. Engaging and working with internal and external trainers/parties.
6. Training report activities and evaluation monitoring program.
7. Monitoring training trends and innovations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Management/or any related major.
• Maximum age is 28 years old.
• Experience of at least 5 (five) years is required for this position.
• Being able to create training designs through LMS would be an advantage. 
• Communicative, teamwork, developing yourself and others.
• Fluent in English both spoken and written, computer literate.
• Good organizational, presentation, and administrative skills.
• Ready to work under pressure.
• Work location: Pulo Gadung, East Jakarta.
