Requirement :
- Minimum Diploma in Business Studies, Hospitality, Beverage Services Management, Economics or equivalent
- At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Have a good analytical & critical thinking, good communication and leadership
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Hospitality/ Food&Beverage/ Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Has strong knowledge and experience in Operational management
- Able to work with Shifting Schedule
Responsibilities :
- Manage all operational restaurant and ensure employees are following Standart Operational Procedure
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market application and sales estimate
- Monitor market trends, research consumer market and competitors activities to identify opportunities and key issues
- Development and implementation of action plans
